Validity of stamp paper

It is an Instrument on which terms of an agreement may be written. When you sign on that as a party, as per law you have to honour your promise. If you don't the court may force to honour your promise if the other party moves the court. I hope this helps

Unused stamp paper do not have any expiry period. It is valid and can be used whenever required.

The six months concept is: Ifthe stamp paper is damaged or unused or if the person wants refund of the same, then he has to apply within six months from the date of the stamp paper.
