We have a land of 60psq yards we have constructed the building through pre fabricated walls and gave the building to school on rent purpose in 2023 academic year and we made a rental agreement for 5 years for rent of rs 50000 they have given an advance of 10lakhs from the starting of the school they are not giving the rent on time recently my father had died we have given an expensive treatment through by talking hand loans. And bank loans till today they had not given 5months of rent we want to vacate them for the next academic year what can we do
