vacant land

how to vacate the tenant when he was arears in rent for three year any order passed by our honorable pm sir i want to know

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to legally evict a tenant who is three years in arrears with rent. It clarifies that the Prime Minister cannot issue such orders, and eviction must be pursued through the proper legal channels. Filing an 'Eviction Suit' in the local Civil Court or a rent control court is the recommended course of action. The legal experts confirm that a tenant can be evicted on the grounds of non-payment of rent, and the owner can file a suit for eviction even after three years of arrears.

1. The Hon. PM does not pass any such orders.

2. File proper 'Eviction Suit" in the local Civil Court to enable the court judge to pass Eviction order.

pm cannot interfere in Tenant/land lord matters .Only court has right to evict a tenant.Since arrears for three years is pending you can file suit for eviction on that ground

Yes, file an aviction petition in the rent control court.
