Hi ,
we are working on a prototype of a Automobile Utility. we did some research and convinced that our product fits the bill of a "Utility Model" (https://www.indianindustry.com/intellectual-property-rights/utility-model.html)
But Unfortunately read at different places that , there is no such provision in indian law to register a utility model. Please let us know the way ahead.
Please advise.
