Using the house address to create false records

Dear Law experts,

Good day..

Recently our relative is using our house address to create false record, we noticed that the have mentioned our house address in their family function event's invitation. But they are not residing here actually, since they have sold thier partioned property and went long back, Whether I can proceed any legal actions? Please guide me in this scenario.

You can choose news paper publication for your relative activity on wrong addres. the information is published in newspaper so that it get publicised and everyone can read it and get to know that what is correct and what is wrong.
