Sir, I have some queries regarding MV Act:-
1) Is it legal to use personal vehicle for commercial purpose. If yes which condition.
2) Use Govt./Department symbol like Police, Army, Press, Court etc. on his personal vehicle.
1. Use of personal vehicle for commercial purpose is illegal as it case loss to the exchanger.
2. Some of the states have banned these types of writing Ex Uttrakhand.
