Consultant working on behalf of not for profit legal services organization seeking seeking LPO partners with extensive and documented experience with Family Law and Police Abuse in California, USA to engage in a pilot program for LPO services.
We are specifically seeking firms with the following requirements:
- Expertise and documented experience in Family Law in the Superior Court of California
- Expertise and documented experience in Domestic Abuse Cases in Family Law in the Superior Court of California
- Expertise and documented epxperience in Police Abuse
- Willingness to bill at affordable rates which are not in any way related to the bill rates for large, USA based law firms
- Full service expertise and suppport that includes consulting, litigation, document preparation, discovery, motions, financial audit guidance, spousal and child support enforcement strategies, discovery of hidden financial assets, depositions, subpoenas, and child custody.
- MUST have Domestic Violence specific Family Law specific expertise that is inclusive of Domestic Violence, including litigation strategy, expert opinions, etc.

Also, please note that I am representing a small, community based organization that does not have the resources available to large law firms. I will not consider submissions for large firms that propose exhorbitant fee schedules and that are not well suited to working with small, less than sophisticated organiztions. The work of my client is for the community benefit and will support the efforts of individuals who do not have the means to pay an attorney.
