She can relinquish her rights in the property by executing a registered release deed before the concerned registrar office after which her share of property will be put into common pool to be shared by all other legal heirs.

She has to execute registered relinquishment deed in favour of other legal heirs  in order to give up her share in said property.

There was a similar case in my family. My nephew (sister's son) is in USA. He relinquished his rights over his late father's property in Chennai in favour of his younger brothers in India. A lawyer in India drafted the document and sent it to my nephew in USA. My nephew went to the nearest Indian Consulate in USA, signed the document in the presence of two witnesses and sent it back to his brothers. My younger nephews in India sold the property and shared the proceeds between them.
