I need help regarding BUYING OF A UNDER CONSTRUCTION VILLA BY A BUILDER. Following is the decription.
1. Buying villa under construction from developer.
2. Will give possesion after two years
3. Needs booking amount I.e. 5 lakhs and than price of the land using for construction. Than will do Registeration (baynama).
4. Will get maps passed from Development Authority.
5. He bought land. Now making several villas. Its like a small colony.
Please let me know now about the documents that I should check before making payments.
Please let me know what documents should be given to me by builder for taking my house after construction.
PLEASE I REQUEST TO HELP ME IN SIMPLE WORDS AS ITS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND LAW LANGUAGE. PLEASE TELL MEBIN POINTS ABOUT THE DOCUMENT THAT I SHOULD CHECK AND FROM WHICH OFFICE I CAN GET THEM.
