up revenue code and up ZA & LR act

in both the statutes Uttar Pradesh revenue code 2006 and Uttar Pradesh ZA & LR acts, there are similarity between section but some sections are more explained than in other then which one to follow in the court of law?

Section 230 (1) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 explicitly states that "The enactments specified in the First Schedule are hereby repealed". In the First Schedule, on Serial Number 19, "The Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950" is listed.

So, ZA & LR Act has been repealed by the UP Revenue Code, 2006. Therefore, you have to follow the UP Revenue Code, 2006 in court.
