unregistered will

if a party is not able to prove a unregistered will against registered will which was made before the unregistered will ,then does that attract the registration of a FIR or some other legal action ?

What do you mean from the statement, "....not able to prove a unregistered will against registered...."

Vague and confusing facts can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

it's not at all vague or confusing. what I am asking is that if a registered will is challenged through unregistered will by a party and the party is not able to prove unregistered will, then does that lead to registering of FIR or other legal action by the court ?
