Unregistered partition

Can partition by panchayat and land revenue officer is valid in law or not. If mutation is done on the basis of this partition. Every share holders signed in this partition paper. And revenue officer issue seprete patta and done mutation of every shareholder.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the legality of land partition carried out by a Panchayat and Revenue Officer. It confirms that such partitions are legally valid and enforceable in court. The process is considered sound, especially when the Revenue Officer issues separate pattas and completes mutations for each shareholder based on the partition agreement, which was signed by all parties involved.
