Undated gpa

GPA is undated but registered, and none of the parties. witness or registrar has written the date under their signature. Please advise whether is the GPA valid?.  Further, date of registration is also nowhere mentioned in the document. How to know the date of registration.?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the validity of a registered GPA where the date of registration and signatures are missing. While the Supreme Court guidelines suggest a registered document is valid, the omission of dates requires verification. An unregistered GPA for property sale is invalid, but a registered one with missing dates needs careful examination to confirm its legal standing.

Improbable, unbelievable and impossible that the Sub-Registrar ommitted to mention date of registration.

Unregistered GPA to sell the immovable property is not valid.

However, in this case when it's registered but the dates aren't mentioned, the document calls for verification.
