Submit a copy of proceeding / order passed by Lok Adalat to the Sub-Registrar to correct their records.

It is the duty of the DLSA/Lok Adalat to immediately communicate the award for indexing.  It is the responsibility of the seller to get the entries corrected through follow-up by Lokadalat and Registrar's office.

What were the terms of the settlement?

Provide a copy of order passed by Lok Adalat to Sub-Registrar for execution of sale deed.

The letter must have reach SR already, but to move things at more speed, they need fuel.   A mere call from Secretary seeking reasons for inordinate delay and asking for due date may solve the issue.

already order copy produced at Sub Registrar but they are telling that deletion is to be done at DRO office, after deletion only registration at SR possible

These are Govt offices working as per their whip and wish. Get a letter from DLSA and personally hand over to DRO for deletion under intimation to SRO.
