Uds partition

In Sale Deed year 1991, document was registered by mentioning the western portion of twin house constructed in the schedule property having a plinth area of about 600 Sq.Ft., herein together with half undivided shares in the A Schedule property. A Schedule total area of the property is 3800 Sq.Ft, for Western and Easter portion.

Western and Easter, both the owners are same from 1991. Now have proper boundary walls on all sides with mutual understanding and with new construction in UDS area with their respective owners and within their Western and Easter portion.

Kindly clarify on how to divide 3800 Sq.Ft between Western and Easter portion owners with the current boundaries.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns the partition of a 3800 Sq.Ft. property, originally divided into western and eastern portions of approximately 600 Sq.Ft. each, with shared undivided interest in the total land. Despite new constructions and established boundary walls, the owners seek clarification on how to formally divide the remaining UDS area based on the current layout. Professional legal advice from a local advocate is recommended to properly assess the sale deed and current situation.

Show the document to a local lawyer for appreciation of facts / documents and professional advise.

This involves scrutinisation of the relevant documents including a spot inspection to render a proper and concrete opinion, which will be possible by a local advocate.

Thus any opinion given based on your such vague details may be a misguidance to you.
