What type of Government is better in India Presidential or Parliamentary type of Gervnment??

Much has been discussed about this issues in the past. But any Sovereign state implies dual responsibilitiy: that is external responsibility to respect other sovereign State and also the courage to intervene in another State on Humanatarian grounds, and internally to respect the rights, dignity and basic rights of all poeple within the State.If it lack this, either presidential or Parlimentary form have no meaning as a Sovereign State.
