Hi,
I had been caught when I was triple. I did not resist and immediately stoped. But police instead of file registered a case against me. And now I have been called in court. They have applied 279, 1841 128/177 on me.
What to do. Why not only triple. Should I disagree to judge or accept all or only accept triple driving.
Please reply urgently.

Accepting only triple driving would be more logical choice as you will be let off by paying a challan.

ok but the alligation 279 is very serious. police has filled false case. how can they prove this.
