Trespassing & Creating a Concrete partition

If one of the adjacent co owner of his registered shop space with temporary partition wooden wall and common shutter gate entrance can sell of his property and divide the shutter gate and develop a concrete partition without the other co-owners consent and no-objection?? What are my legal standees to protect my shop space??
