First 3 months, suspension allowance should be 50% and thereafter 75%.

What is the charge

The right to suspend pending enquiry is stipulated in Standing orders.Officers are not amenable to standing orders. Therefore they are to be paid full salary for period of suspension.unless their appointment letter permits such suspension.

The facts in the matter are incomplete. Is there any provision of suspension pending enquiry in the letter of appointment.
