Transfer the property

Can the POA transfer or sale the property if the principle is in abroad and without the knowledge o the principle . Pls. advise..

Yes, POA Holder can transfer or sale the property without knowledge of principal and in the period of his staying abroad subject to POA should be registered and power has been given to transfer or sale the property.
