I have applied for divorce case in Trichy started in 2009. My Wife has opened up a maintainence case in Salem this year. HMOP in trichy is in trial state. Now looks like she is going to transfer the HMOP in to salem. Is it possible? If yes, i am keen in knowing the detailed procedure. Also is there any way i can stay this transfer .Really appreciate advice.
