The civil suit cannot be transferred from civil court to high court for any reason.

The reasons what you have stated will not be entertained even by the district court on your transfer application to any other civil ciourt.

You can change the lawyer

If you are not satisfied with the services of your lawyer, you can change him and can take the services of another lawyer but your case can not be transfered on this ground moreover a case can not be transfered from District Court to High Court for any reason.

Very well advised by learned experts, you have the only option to replace your lawyer if you are not satisfied with his/ her performance

You can't get your case transferred to high court but you can change your lawyer who can proceed case in fast manner.
