Transfer of 1/2 share of property

Please let me know if my brother wants  to transfer 50% of his share to me where we are co-owner of Flat registered in Delhi. What is most suitable and economical way to pay minimum fee and stamp duty. I am aware about Gift Deed but is there any other way? Can We go for a rectification Deed as it has been only 4 months of registry and get the existing deed ownership rectified and put my name only. My brother is fine and 1st Party is also ready. What are the cost involved here. Please let me know soon.

A relaease deed by your brother in your favor or , if you both are  forming a joint hindu family  you  can make  a  family settelment  of the property,

Release/ Relinqhishment Deed is simplest and cheapest
