N RAMASWAMY (COMPANY SECRETARY)     10 January 2015

Tranfer by sale

I am selling my property. This is self aquired and in my name..

Is it necessary to my three children who are majors also to give consent for this sale by affixing their signature at the time of registration of sale deed? children are out of India and all coming together is not possible. My opinion is it is not required as the property was self aquired out my own earnings.

 Opinion urgently required.

if it is self-acquired it is not necessary. but they may sign as consenting witnesses if the buyer stresses upon it. legally, not required.
