May I use apostrophe in trademark.
I want to register trademark named as MAHAN'S for sale of flower pots.
Please advice.

Go for the logo representation for the word MAHAN'S as this is a common usage word and cannot be claimed sole ownership.

Mahan's as a trademark very well can be used provided there is no such trademark looking similar to Mahan, Mohan, etc. The point is that the public who see the Trademark should not be lead to believe that it is another trademark that is already popular. A trademark should not be reminding another trademark already in the public domain.
