I already googled
the website which gives trademark info are missing details /not updated
1) I have website which can be seen in www.rajcomics.co ,same trademark is applied on 2021 dec only applied ,if person gets approved ,I am in trouble?
2) in india ,anybody from bhw applied for trademark? how much time to process? fees?
3) if 2 people apply for same trademark ,what will be precedence criteria?

Trademark Registration is a lengthy process and it takes around 18-24 months to obtain registration in a straightforward case, without any objections or opposition. However, the trademark application number is usually issued within one or 2 days after filing.
If someone applied for a trademark before you then in the future you can't get the trademark for your website.
I can't say any specific time because it depends on govt. They may approve for the trademark in a week or a month or a year.
