I am working in telecommunication company . On march they send to a different place without any proper notice. when i said i have to leave after for my posted place they said resign and go. But when I joined they said only you have work in 40 kms surrounding . And they are mentally torturing me. How can i log the complaint againts them. Please help me sir

Speak to your HR person. Also speak to your line manager in case it is against the terms of your appointment .
In case your employer is not adhering to the employment terms, please complaint to the labour officer in your locality.

the hr team is not even to ready to talk with me. whenever i try to talk they are saying that don't talk resign and go. we comlete the formalities.
