the person can be proved innocence, it's all depends on his Lawyer's ability, and all of you should tell the truth with the lawyer, and have some believe on the lawyer, and be ensure that he is well known and matured, and he have good knowledge of the law, then relax, wait and watch

The burden of proving the offender lies with the Police and if the accused is innocent his  expert advocate can definitely save him.
