title suit

Hello !!
Need help.There was a title suit which my father had filed in 2006.Judgement came in our favour in 2017 in the lower court. Opposition went to first appeal and again lost.The judgement came on 14.01.20

Now to harress me they are saying either U pay us something or we shall again go to appeal in Highcourt. The Patna Highcourt was closed due to shutdown and recently opened and e-filing is being done.

My question is upto what time can he appeal in PHC.Or has the time lapsed.
