Time limt to challenge a sale deed

Sir, Is there any time limit to challenge the unlawful registered sale deed?  Is there any way an illegal registered sale deed become legal and un challengeble after some time?

Even if you do not challenge, an unlawful sale deed is void and non est.

What are the details?, is it a sale deed pertaining to immovable property?, How do you say it is unlawful, whether you have moved court in this regard, however based on your basic query, the limitation is three years from the date of sale as per the provisions of limitation act.
