time limit to file second appeal

what is time limit to file second appeal in high court.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the timeframe for filing a second appeal in the High Court. Generally, you have 90 days from receiving the First Appellate Authority's judgment. If there's a delay, Section 5 of the Limitation Act may allow for condonation. The response also notes that if no reply is received, the 90-day period starts from the expiry of a 45-day period after the First Appeal was filed.

In response to your query,

In circumstances where no reply has been received, the Second Appeal must be submitted within 90 days of the date on which the Appellant actually received the First Appellate Authority judgement, or within 90 days after the expiration of the 45-day period following the filing of the First Appeal.
