good evening all of u sir.small doubt sir,is there any specific time limit in relation to criminal case on some persons who attacked on my home.pls reply me very urgent.

If any body attaked on you, yourself keeping quite is a crime. Immediately inform to the police about attacking and get case registered. That is your duty as a citizen of India. Do not see time limit etc.

A provision is made in Sec 39 of Cr. Pcd Code to give information to the Police for mostly applicable in your case U/sections 302, 303 and 304 (that is to say, offences affecting life)
