Q 1/- A registered WILL of the deceased persom pertaining to immovable property.. in the state of U. P.

Ans: The will has to disclosed after death of the testator, as soon as possible but within reasonable time.

Q 2/-A MoU of family settlement unregistered pertaining to immovable property in the state of Uttrakhand. Where in one of signatary has expired.

Ans: The family settlement is already open (disclosed) since it has been executed with consent of all signitaries. It is required to be executed as per terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
