Time frame

Respected sir, Pranam to all If possible, could you please guide me in the following issues The HC of Andhra Pradesh gave its judgement in one land case favouring petitioner in 2003. Government authorities not implemented the court judgement yet and not filed a revision petition in HC on the given judgement, if they have any objections. But government authorities’ consulted AG of state, who in turn advised the authorities to implement the judgement as given by HC. Here my doubt is : 1. Can the government authorities set aside the HC orders without implementing 2. Is there any time frame to file revision petition in HC, if the government authorities have any objections over the HC judgement 3. Is there any time frame to implement the HC judgement, if not gone for revision petition over the HC judgement Could you please guide.... Thank you in advance....

Contact the advocate that has taken up your case at HC and issue a notice to concerned authority for implementing HC Judgment in tune with superior AG's directions within a time frame of one month, and then file a contempt petition through him for expediting the issue.  Your advocate is certainly the correct person as he knows the entire facts anad law involved in judgment.

Most often, civil contempt of court involves failure to satisfy a court order. Generally, sanction for civil contempt end when the party in contempt complies with the court order, or the underlying case resolves. Civil contempt can result in punishment including jail time and/or a fine.
