Time for passing of orders / judgement

"There is no period of limitation prescribed by any law for filing the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. It is, in fact, doubtful whether any such period of limitation can be prescribed by law.
But in case of an order to be passed under Section 92CA of the Act, the time limit is 60 days prior to the due date for completion of assessment under Section 92CA (3A) of the Act
