Threat from gangsters

Sir,

I am pune resident and leaving in joint family. we own one house in

city area, some part of the house was vacant(unconstructed) and that part

was acquired forcefully by my neighbours in May 2010. My neighbour and his family is

Criminal/Gangsters and committed variuos serious crimes including 2 murders.

We have lodged complaint to police and police adviced us to lodge civit suit in court and

we did that. Case is going on. All the neighbours (Gangsters) are out of town on bail in one murder

case now.

Query -

They may come back in pune any time and can threat to my family, my advocate. They may try

to manage the Judge to give judgement in there favour. In this case what should we do ?

Can we file criminal case under CRPC/MOCCA against them and restrain them to come

back in town ? Or else ? please provide advice..

You can file and get protection through the court as you believe that there might be life threat for you, stating the reasons for the same, and that they are already having such similar criminal background and cases filed against them.
