Those SC ST should leave reservation and other facilities

 

Such people should not use their educational certificates which they got under facility for SC ST and they should also return their scholarships which they had during school / college education.

Why we are trying to fragment the Scheduled Caste Community further? This is what Manuwadi Manhoos, the Brahmin First minority for the past 5000 years doing. The English with 200 soldiers could defeat the mighty kings because of this.They could biuld an empire because of this . They sowed the seed of so called merits , talents by birth and the high caste by birth by default is still enjoying the fruits of freedom by abusing the leverage of power till today. Can't you see there is no SC representation even in the draft committee for the jan Lokpal Bill.

It is time to integrate. First the Scheduled Castes Hindus and those converted to other religions due to rampant discremination and disrespect and denials. Then get the hapless ST who are worse than the SCs. And to mega merge with the OBCs. The lower castes must organise themselves into a mega block and snatch the lever of powers fronm the manuwadi manhoos whose roots are from the European Kingdoms.

It's never too late even now.

Its true that in one way Govt. trying to lift the SC/ST people by giving them various facilities like caste based reservation in jobs/tickets in politics/admission in to schools & colleges/age relaxation and many more just to get sempathy at the time of votes. But by doing so, it is deprieving the rest of the people of the society. Also no remarkable progress is also seen since last four decades of reservation. Rather the reserved catagory are taking undue adventage of the policies of the government. You can take an example of mis-ues of sec-3(1)(x) of Prevention of Attrocities Act. This is a common tool to mis-use when and where necessary.

The frustration of author of this thread proves that this reservation is based on faulty and baseless premises. Earlier we get rid of this better it is for this nation. Reservation is just like opium. Politicians are very clever they have given opium to the ignorant vote banks. Under the influence of opium they keep on voting them to power.

Till when Congress is there till than reservation will be there AND Congress is there FOREVER

 

How? See, Congress gets 35% average votes from every section of the society.

 

BJP don't get SC/ST and minority's votes. Congress don't  have need of votes of so called upper caste Hindus otherwise these sections will go away from Congress. 

 

BJP don't have other voters than the so called upper caste Hnindus so it is impossible for them to come is Centre with clear majority.

I am sure you are able to rememder that one son of a DGP Orissa who was caught and convicted has jumped parol and is not traceable. Many believe he is in Orissa and having a khusi time . Why I am raising this issue seemingly unrelated to highlght that levers of power of the govt at the centre as well as at the States was never shifted from the custody of the upper caste Hindu in India. You and your ancestors were the one who created the castes by birth to suit your eveil designs. You and the manuwadis ensured that a more than the majority amongst Hindu are deprieved of their legitimate rights to live leaving aside the question to learn or educate their children.You and your generation is feeling the heat when you are seeing talents , merits etc etc do not belong to a particular high caste by birth, it can be acquired by anyone from any background given a chance. And you and your ilk who still hold the levers of power to discrimate and decide have ensured that policy of reservation is failed . I have vary many examples of high castes people managing certificates being SC/ST and bagging the job reserved for the SC/ST. It was possible as those SDO/BDO/DMs ordinarily were from High castes Hindus.It is still happening for the adhoc posts of lecturers , teachers , professoers and such others who are employed only being from High castes. It has failed because you and your ilk had made it to fail. So do not crib but allow the majority amongst hindu to take the control of governance , make their own rules and make India to progress hollistically.

Look at the other area of concern. There are more 3 crores of temples on the govt, private , encroached lands. And there are that many pujaries and Mahapatras , the direct decendant of gods of High Castes. Those many jobs by default are reserved for the pot bellied pandas and ponga pandits . Waht you say they are qualified. Who decides the QRs ( The qualitative requiorements?) . For the Scheduled Class there are reserved jobs of sweepers , scavengers , Night soil Carriers , Dead body carriers etc etc . You want those jobs to clean exchanged with the jobs of Ponga pot bellied pandits ? Come on very idea of clean exchange causes you and your kith and kins revulsions. 

So stop talking against reservation and get your peers to understand that a very voltage anger amongst the lower caste by birth for being deprieved of every thing including plum jobs despite being most meritorious in your standard is brewing and will burn you if you continue to behave in that most unwarranted manner. Supreme Court of NRI( Non -Resident Indian) sorry India is still held hostaged by the manuwadi Brahmin First community as the levers of power is still held with them. They are the one acting as the last refuge of the upper caste community to keep 50 % reserved for 15-20 % of the population who belong to upper castes.It is seen through. It is those judges who are always partial in their judgements in the name of so called constitutional proprietry. The notion must get clear, India belongs to each one of us and not to you and your gang. So let the resrvation policy reserving jobs in public as well as in private enterprises commensurate with the percentage of populace in each category be complied with with no interference from your gang. It is that simple . Till it is achieved your opinion will have no effect as it was , is alwats inclined and bias for the manuwadi manhoos. Get that Mohanty and get him back to the jail for a starter.

Just as women now have some laws which they can misuse, maybe SC/ST have reservations which can be misused. This is based on a history of abuse. Let society pay its debt for treating lower castes worse than animals. I think we Indians are hypocrites who have just shrugged off centuries of abuse by claiming that it's not in the scripttures etc etc. So what if our holy books are not discriminating? We are known by what we practice, more than what we preach. I accept my part of the blame and every Hindu should.
