I have a case registered against me under the PC Act for causing wrongful loss to the Government during 1984. The acts and omissions as narrated in the Charge sheet occured inMP and UP but the FIRs, Closure reports (4 in number during 1996-2001), chargesheet, Cognizance (2002) Charge sheet (2004) all proceedinds done in the Special Judge, Delhi. Question of lack of jurisdiction raised prior to charge. Ignored by court while framing charge. Please, any one advise if s.462 Cr.PC would come in the way to defeat my stand. Thanks
