Is tenant supposed to pay meter rent along with the electricity consumed to the land lord.

Yes. If rent doesn't include Electricity bill. To be paid at actual as per bill received from the Utility company.

Sushi. Electric bill has to be paid no doubt. Query what about meter rent. Is this also has to be paid by the tenant.. if yes mentioned the Act
