Tenant house ownership

Can a tenant claim ownership of property if he stays for many years in the same house?

No.once a tenant is always a tenant unless he purchased the tenanted premises.

Till you are receiving rent he is tenant, and If he stop paying rent, you should immediately file an eviction petition.
