Madam we need facts of the case to give u citation,A.P.Rent control act has amendment in 2005 according to that a senior citizen a widow given priority and a seperate provision(s.10-c) is incorporated did u file the case under it or just u/s.10(3)(i) of R.C Act?? need a lot of info to give u citation.....
