A person gets penalty under income tax act because of the addition of unexplained credits. he pays the extra tax and penalty
My question is will this put some type of record in the person's name as he migrating to another country. will this create problem when they are getting citizenship in another country

No the person is not evading tax... the question is whether getting a tax penalty puts a record in a person's name. if yes does it create problem for migration in another country
