Tax auditor change - question

hi,
i am self employed and have small business in banglore, KA
want to change my tax auditor that i have been using for last few years
do i need to inform the current tax auditor, and take his consent for this change before i file it with a different auditor.
also
will the old auditor know the details of what has been filed by the next auditor

Yes. consent is a must from the existing auditor.

Your current auditor will intimate to previous auditor as he is required to get NOC from previous auditor.
