My father's father and mother passed away without a will. They had six chlidren and a house . One of son (my fathers brother) was living in the house for 43 years. He was also looking after the agriculture land of everyone which was partitioned to all 6 children. They all used to keep the yield in the house and take away when needed. We had no disputes with uncle till date.Now he has passed away. His wife now is refusing and creating problems to take away the yield from our agriculture land. What can be done to claim the yield from the house?
