I am working in some psu and I have four years of bond with them
and their terms says they will not provide NOC certificate during this period....Now I want to appear for UPSC engineering services exam, i have applied for UPSC exam without taking any NOC from my present employer, suppose if I get select for the interview in the UPSC exam and i am confident enough to clear it finally...what steps should I take at that time to avoid legal problems, should my resignation in psu before the interview, will solve the problem. As I want to mention my previous job experience
