Surety in succession certificate

Respected members,

The court has given judgement of succession certificate with surety of equilant amount. (55-60 lacs)

There are four legal heirs. Three heirs have submitted NOC during case.

It's bit difficult to arrange a surety with equilant amount.

Kindly suggest alternate of surety.

Thanks & regards

Quick Summary
A user is seeking alternatives to a high-value surety bond, equivalent to 55-60 lacs, required by the court for a succession certificate. While the court order must be followed, there's a possibility of petitioning the same court to relax the surety conditions. It is advisable to have your lawyer formally apply to the concerned court for this relaxation.

The court order has to be followed if you have to avail the benefits.

You may file a petition before the same court for relaxation of the surety's conditions but there's no guarantee to receive a favorable order.

Request your lawyer to apply to the concerned Court, if possible.
