Suggestion to check abuse of attrocity act

Dear Experts

As we know, the misuse/abuse of "Prevention of Attrocities against SC/ST Act-1986" are going on a large scale and all judicial forums including HCs/SC have came down heavily on several occassion on the misuse of the said act. I request the learned experts of this forum to put their valuable suggestion/views to check the misuse of the said Act.
