Good morning all Respected Seniors,
First of all I would like to thank you for giving a valuable suggestion to me.
In 2012 March a CC registered on 16 people U/Sec. 143, 147, 148, 295(a), 504, 506, 427 r/w. 149 of IPC.U/Sec.2(b) of KPD and LP Act 1991 . We all are appearing the court on hearing date without missing. Now it is in Evidence stage. We are getting the hearing too long date that is once in 3 months. It disturbs our future commitments and we are not getting any NOC's from The Police Department to proceed any private sector company's till this hearings get over.
Please suggest me:
1. Is there any chances to reduce the hearing dates to Once in a Month Legally..?
2. when can we relieve from this case..?
