Sueing courier company

Hi,


 i've sent a package from delhi to orissa  (sunabeda-2)  through a courier company on 4 th aug . and its been more than 11 days and it's not delivered and their customer care is not even answering and i cant even track the consignment . i doubt that they have lost the package or stole . i'm thinking of sueing the firstflight company .

advise me what to do ? . shall i file a case in consumer court  in delhi ?  please advise

Non delivery, short delivery or damaged/lost goods in transit is deficiency in  services on part of service provider{courier company}. file complaint before District consumer Redressal Forum for relief of your grievances and also claim compensation towards mental and physical agony.

First issue a legal notice to the courier company demanding the damages, cost and other reliefs, based on the reply you may proceed with a consumer case against them.
