Mr. A has alloted the industrial property from DDA (delhi) and now Mr. A SOLD THE property to Mr. X,Y,Z and Mr. X, Y, Z got the plot freehold through conveyance deed Now Mr. X, Mr. Y AND Mr. Z SUB DEVIDE THE PLOT THROUGH PARTATION DEED, each one got seprate area in that plot NOW My question is,
1. Can we buy the sub devided plot from Mr. Y and IT IS valid for Dda bylaws or any other law in delhi
